• Search & Location Data: We log search queries, selected locations (Pincodes/Cities), and IP addresses to improve our search algorithms and prevent fraud.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following legitimate business purposes:

• Connecting Users: To share Renter contact details with Providers (and vice-versa) solely for the purpose of facilitating the equipment rental transaction.
• Verification: To verify the identity of Equipment Providers to maintain a safe marketplace.
• Communication: To send you booking confirmations, OTPs for account verification, and important service updates.
• Security: To detect and prevent fraudulent activities or abuse of our platform.

• With Counterparties: If you are a Renter, your contact info is shared with the specific Provider you book with. If you are a Provider, your info is shared with the Renter.
• Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us (e.g., SMS gateways for OTPs, Hosting providers).
• Legal Obligations: We may disclose information if required by Indian law, a court order, or a government agency for the prevention of crimes or cyber incidents.
