1. Govt. Taxes (18% GST) will be Extra (As per Gov. rule) 2. 1 Month Payment (with GST) need to pay as Advance payment will be adjust against last bill only. 3. Monthly payment of running bill should be done by 5th of every month. If payment delayed after that will be cause for work stopped & this will not be considered as breakdown. 4. Mobilization (Diesel, toll tax, Police, Staff food) + Demobilization (Diesel, toll tax, Police, Staff food) will be in service receiver scope (100 Rs. Per KM). (Demobilization will be in PSJ Infra scope after 6 month working.) 5. WO extension & other change in duration must be informed in written prior 1 Month before the date. 6. There will be No any debit note accepted from service receiver for any kind of material waste due to any reason. 7. Regular supply of Water for pump wash & Diesel, concrete will be in service receiver scope. 8. Total 10 Hours working per day up to 26 days, (cumulative fixed 260 hours in a month) committed in given monthly rate. (Extra monthly hours above 260 Hour will be charged as OT). 4 days will be maintenance day in a month will not consider as breakdown. (Single Sift- OT will be extra on prorate basis) 9. Our maintenance team “gate pass entry” responsibilities will be in scope of Service receiver, work delayed due this will not be considered as Breakdown. 10. Accommodation for Operator & helper Provide by service receiver free of cost. & food also will be arranged by service receiver. 11. Rental will be start once machine reached at site, Entry process ,TPI and other state Tax will in service receiver’s scope. 12. We will be responsible for pump maintenance service.
