1.Our time will start when our operator is ready with our machine till our machine stops at the end of the day. (Excluding lunch time 1 hour.) 2.Minimum per day will be 08 hours shifts. 3.Above 08 hours shift all the hours will be considered as overtime charges. Beyond 08 hours working shall be paid extra on pro rata basis. 4.Operator, Helper Bhatta to be paid extra by ______________ at site 5.Your commitment for minimum _______ days should be confirmed by your end. 6.Log sheet of equipment shall be maintained on daily basis with joint sign of EIC / supervisor / PM. 7.In Case of stoppage of work due to absence of operator or equipment break down etc. hire charges will not be considered for that time. 8.Due to any unexpected reason or unfortunate cause if machine goes under repair or maintenance or breakdown, we will try our best to get the machine started or replaced (under major repair). You shall not deduct or levy any charges to us for any reason thereof. 9.Mobilization / Demobilization charges are mentioned, if work situation forces to demobilize the machines out of site due to any client reason of work, then demobilization charges and remobilization charges (in future) for further work will be levied and applicable. 10.During machine operation at site if there is a need for changing attachments (Bucket / Breaker), hire charges will be chargeable for the attachment which is already fitted. 11.We will plan appropriate machine suitable at site, we will keep and shall be allowed to add or remove any machine from site as per convenience without any restriction from clients, with any prejudice. 12.All other safety, security & Third Party liability insurance in ___________________ scope of work. After the work is completed, we will demobilize our machines from site, but if in case our machine is not demobilized we should be allowed to park machine at site without any charges and dues. 13.Any other problem related to your previous issues of your property or land and also labour unions will be your direct concern & will be directly resolved by you. We will not responsible for the same. Any local, police & formalities to be done by __________________ . 14.During Execution, we are not responsible for any Damages to surrounding structures, property, roads, underground facilities and within the tunnel.
